Description

A Fine Pair of Louis XV Style Gilt-Bronze Mounted Marquetry Inlaid Commodes With Marble Tops.

Each commode is of bombe shape with a moulded rose marble top above two foliate marquetry inlaid drawers arranged sans traverse. The commodes are embellished with wonderful acanthus cast foliate mounts and handles. The shaped legs terminating in gilt-bronze sabots.
